1. Services Provided
The Clairvoyant (Sasa, known also as Theresa Pridemore) agrees to provide the following services:

• Personal readings (e.g., psychic consultations, mediumship, tarot ).

• Consultations regarding spiritual guidance and insight.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due before or at time of service.

3. Cancellation Policy

• The Client must provide at least 1 days’ notice to cancel an appointment.

• If Client is a no-show, the Client will be charged 50% of the session cost.

4. Confidentiality
The Clairvoyant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during the sessions. This obligation extends to any personal or sensitive information disclosed.

5. Disclaimer

• The Client acknowledges that readings are subjective interpretations and are provided for guidance purposes only.

• The Clairvoyant makes no guarantees regarding the outcome or accuracy of any information provided.

• Services provided are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or psychiatric advice.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Clairvoyant shall not be held liable for any actions or decisions made by the Client based on the services provided. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Clairvoyant from any claims arising from the use of the services.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, United States.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Clairvoyant and the Client.
